— Participation in in-person or online meetings of the editorial board.

EDITORIAL POLICY

The primary aim of this series is to disseminate works and monographs related to lifelong learning. This theme encompasses all guidance, training, and learning processes involving competences acquired in formal, non-formal, and informal contexts. Its connection to the Observatory on the Validation of Professional Competences (Observal) indicates that the series will include scientific contributions resulting from research on validation of learning and career guidance. The series is aligned with European policies on lifelong learning.

CODE OF ETHICS

This series adheres to the ethical standards set out in the Good Practice Guidelines of Ediciones Universidad de Valladolid, which follow the principles proposed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The guidelines define the ethical conduct expected of authors, editorial boards, and reviewers. All parties are requested to observe the relevant sections of the guidelines.

AUTHOR INSTRUCTIONS

Authors must submit their manuscripts in two printed copies and one digital version (Word format) to the Observatory on the Validation of Professional Competences (Observal), Faculty of Education and Social Work, Paseo de Belén 1, 47011 Valladolid (observal@uva.es). All submissions must also comply with the guidelines indicated in the Publication proposals section of Ediciones Universidad de Valladolid website. All manuscripts will undergo double review: first by the members of the Scientific Committee and then by two external reviewers, following a double-blind peer review process.
