Synopsis
Antonio Durá (Murcia, 1952), a poet with an extensive career, has published the following poetry collections: El mar y la arena (Murcia, 1975), Hora intermedia (Murcia, 1976), Cuaderno de Viaje (Barcelona, 1986), Un tiempo aparte (Murcia, 1999), Después que me miraste (Madrid, 2002), Diverso entre contrarios (Murcia, 2004), and Sin comprender (Murcia, 2008, Plaquette). Within his significant work as a cultural manager, he was a co-founder of the journal Azahara, one of the most prominent poetry magazines in Murcia during the 1970s and 1980s. He has additionally served on the editorial boards of journals such as Thader, Arrecife, and Antaria. He holds a Doctorate from the University of Valladolid, achieved with his dissertation "Symbolic Hermeneutics of the Major Arcana of the Tarot of Marseilles within the Poetic Imaginary" (2009). His poetic oeuvre is featured in several anthologies, and his poems have been translated into Italian and Hebrew.
