In the context of the centenary of the Villa Savoye (1928-1930), one of the great icons of modernity, this original research aims to complement the work of other authors who have sufficiently analyzed both the design process and the development of the works. The new project now available for public viewing is a 1:20 restitution of the house's "as-built" state, as it was when it was completed in 1930. This is carried out within the framework of: 1) a comparative study of the planimetry prior to the initial interventions, 2) the analysis of contemporary photographs of the project, 3) a three-dimensional structure-enclosure model, and 4) the formal definition of construction systems and installations. All of this is approached from a design perspective, but also from a construction perspective, in critical continuity with previous publications and controversial restorations. The starting point has been several on-site measurement campaigns, along with archival work during frequent stays at the Fondation Le Corbusier, in addition to the project's own professional experience and numerous previous articles on the subject in indexed journals.
