Before studying the content of the Public Finance program in the Bachelor's Degree in Law and the Double Degree in Law and Business Administration (DADE), it seems appropriate to address two preliminary issues. These are, first, to help students understand the importance of Public Finance in their academic training as legal scholars, and second, to identify and analyze a new facet of the State: its economic activity. The study of these two issues will allow students to understand the place of the content of the course program in their curriculum and its relationship with other subjects within it. It will also spark their curiosity about Public Finance, relating it to the private economy, with which it coexists and whose prior knowledge will allow them to continue advancing and deepening their study of economics, in this case, public economy, as an economic activity of the State.
