Synopsis

Universities have undergone a profound transformation over the last decade. Technological changes and new ways of accessing knowledge have forced a re-evaluation of many teaching practices that, for years, seemed set in stone. Added to this landscape is the emergence of generative artificial intelligence, a technology that has transformed the way in which students and lecturers search for information, create content, solve problems and approach their day-to-day learning.

This book stems from a shared concern. Its pages bring together experiences developed by teaching staff from different academic disciplines who view innovation as a process of continuous improvement based on reflection, experimentation and the exchange of best practice. Each chapter presents a specific proposal (or addresses a particular topic) arising from day-to-day classroom practice, designed to meet pupils’ real needs and to foster more active, participatory and meaningful learning.
