recognition, competencies, education and social workSynopsis
This work is intended to contribute to the innovation of progress in the mastery of practices within the social field, specifically in educational and social professionals who work with young people who are neither in training processes nor working.
Both a theoretical and practical contribution is made. On the one hand, three key areas of action to successfully carry out work situations with young people who are neither studying nor working: 1) Collective competences of a group and a network; 2) Motivation and empowerment competences; 3) Change management competences. On the other hand, associated to each area, a series of activities directed to the education and social work professional are determined. The identification of the areas is carried out from an international context, with the participation of experts from seven multidisciplinary organizations belonging to four countries (Italy, Spain, Bulgaria and Portugal).
